Heal by listening and talking to others

Fear Nothing was founded in 2015 by Shawn Antoski, a retired NHL hockey player. After struggling with mental health issues, Shawn became a strong and passionate advocate wanting to help others. As a result, he spearheaded a group in Belleville. Fear Nothing meets on a weekly basis where everyone is welcome. There is no cost, no commitment, no expectations and no judgement. People helping people with kindness, understanding and support.

Members are individuals from all walks of life who struggle or who have struggled with mental health issues. Sharing, understanding and support are key to the healing process.

The goal of Fear Nothing is to assist others so that they feel they are not alone or isolated on their journey to wellness. And, where everyone feels welcome, accepted, supported and understood.

WELCOME

We are a peer support group that relates to mental health issues and promotes healing by listening and talking to others. We meet in Belleville, ON every Thursday evening starting at 6pm.
